Just watch the video... But if you really want to read go ahead and see below.

I'm racing 24 hours straight on a mountain bike & with your help raising money to support The Challenged Athletes Foundation while doing it! It's like a good ol' fashioned jog-a-thon except with bikes... and actually cool. February 15th-16th I'll be racing the 24 hours in the Old Pueblo. A 24-hour mountain bike race in Arizona where teams and individuals race to complete as many 16-mile laps as possible. I'll be racing in the solo category which means it's me, myself, and I racing the entire 24 hours. I'm asking you to make a per-lap donation pledge. This means my performance is tied to how much we can raise, and 100% of donations will go directly to CAF.

How It Works

You Pledge. I Race. Challenged Athletes Win.

Make a per-lap pledge

Using the form above, make a pledge to donate a specific amount per lap I complete the 24 Hours In The Old Pueblo. For a frame of reference my goal is around 10 laps over 24 hours.

February 15th-16th I Race

The 24 hours in The Old Pueblo starts at 12 p.m. Feb 15th & ends 12 p.m. Feb 16th. I have 24 hours to complete as many 16-mile laps as possible.

Make Your Final Donation.

Once the dust has settled & the laps are counted you will receive an email with your final donation total based on how many laps I completed. A direct link to CAF will be supplied. No middleman. Donations go directly to CAF.

100% of your donation goes to CAF thanks to PEAK Cocktails

Thanks to massive support from PEAK Cocktails, 100% of your donations will go to CAF. PEAK Cocktails has stepped in to sponsor me through this endeavor, allowing me to focus solely on fundraising and racing.

They're also offering 20% off with code "trashlete20" if you want to try some out.

Why Challenged Athletes Foundation

The high costs of adaptive sports equipment and lack of resources should not keep individuals with physical disabilities from being active.

Why Are You Doing This?

Sports as a whole have been one of the most influential things in my life in developing me as a person. It's hard to overstate how important sports and specifically endurance sports have been in my life. With all of my heart I believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy sports and pursue athletic goals regardless of disabilities. CAF makes that happen.
